The goal was to design AMARIAH’s first welcome email with editable blocks, allowing the team to effortlessly build additional emails using the same modular structure—without the design looking too basic or blocky.

â—‹ The email leads with an impactful hero visual, followed by the welcome discount, making the offer immediately visible.

â—‹ Bestsellers are showcased in a stackable, mobile-optimised layout, making it adaptable for future content updates.

○ A new arrivals block integrates seamlessly, providing a smart way to feature fresh styles within an evergreen welcome email—since the new arrivals page is always kept up-to-date on the website.

â—‹ The layout is fully mobile-optimised, enhancing accessibility across all devices.

â—‹ Live text across all text blocks, call-to-action buttons and the footer allows easy editing without compromising aesthetic.

â—‹ The Instagram highlight section is fully editable, allowing the team to simply drag and drop new images into the module for a dynamic, ever-fresh look.

This structure ensures AMARIAH’s welcome email remains versatile, timeless, and aligned with the brand’s elegant, modest aesthetic.

AMARIAH’s abandoned cart email follows a simple, elegant layout, designed for maximum impact and a seamless mobile experience.

â—‹ A GIF featuring customer reviews reinforces social proof and builds credibility.

â—‹ The "Got a question?" block provides reassurance, addressing potential concerns and encouraging hesitant shoppers to complete their purchase.

○ A cross-selling block features large, high-quality images, maintaining visual consistency with the abandoned item. This block dynamically displays personalised product recommendations based on the customer’s past purchases and browsing behaviour.

I designed AMARIAH's Cyber Week email cadence, tackling the challenge of showcasing as many items from the brand’s product catalogue as possible while keeping the layout fresh and engaging.

â—‹ GIFs are used strategically, adding a fun and dynamic twist to the assets, ensuring the campaign feels lively and modern.

â—‹ Designed with a mobile-first mindset even when no live text is used, legibility thoroughly tested for a seamless experience across devices.

â—‹ Cross-selling blocks are live and built in Klaviyo, easily updatable in case of changes to the sale items before deployment.

â—‹ The dynamic collection feature ensures that sold-out items are automatically excluded, and the backend is continuously updated, ensuring the customer sees the most relevant items based on their browsing and purchase behaviour.

This design approach ensures a fluid, highly engaging experience, making the sale both visually compelling and tailored to each individual shopper.
